Exhibitors Registration

This registration is for organizations that would like to be part of our Exhibitor Team. Other promotional opportunities are available. See ADD-ONS below. The price includes the registration fee for one individual (additional registrations are available see below) as well as a 6' x 2'5" table and two chairs.

Additional conference registrations are available for $39.00 per person.

Exhibitors are invited to attend Special Training Events. Additional registration is required. Please contact Bryan (bjettb@gmail.com) if interested.

May 1 - 3, 2018

The conference starts at 1:0pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2017, and concludes Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 6:30 pm. Exhibitors should set up by 12:00 pm. First Exhibit time is 2:30 pm on Tuesday and the last Exhibit time ends at 6:30 pm on Thursday, May 3, 2017.

Exhibitors may set up on Tuesday, May 1, 2017, from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Tear down can begin Thursday, May 3,  2017, at 6:30 pm and must be completed by 8:30 pm.

Ministry organizations will have two opportunities to have a short 2 - 3 minute video played (pending approval). This year we are including the beverage/snack sponsorship with the video.
